President Trump Reaffirmed America’s Global Leadership – Bravo! 8-Days, four countries

The media always seems to find some distraction to take away from President Trump’s successes. President Trump’s successes will always outweigh anything the “Fake Media” puts out there to destroy him.

The President’s trip plan was Genius – From May 19th, The President made five stops in four countries during his first eight-day trip abroad.  The President reaffirmed America’s global leadership, continued building key relationships with world leaders, and delivered a message of unity to America’s friends and allies.

The President’s trip took him to Saudi Arabia, Israel, Italy, and Belgium, and he attended the NATO and G7 summits. 

President Trump was treated better overseas and with more respect than he will ever be treated at home by the left and the media.  But, he has US who support him, treasure him, love him, hold him in the highest esteem and pray for him and his administration and family every minute.

Saudi Arabia

President Trump arrived in Saudi Arabia on Saturday, May 20th, and met with King Salman, the Crown Prince, and the Deputy Crown Prince. The President participated in a signing ceremony of several agreements, bilateral meetings, and the inauguration of a new center intended to fight radicalism and promote moderation. The President and First Lady  also joined the Saudi Royal Family for an official dinner.

Israel

In Jerusalem, President Trump met with the President of Israel, Reuven Rivlin, and laid a wreath at Yad Vashem. He then delivered remarks at the Israel Museum celebrating the unique history of Israel and of the Jewish people. Later that day, the President met with the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu. They were joined by First Lady Melania Trump and Mrs. Sara Netanyahu for a private dinner. President Trump met the President of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, in Bethlehem and urged Palestinian leaders to take productive steps toward peace. The President also visited the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and the Western Wall.

Rome & Vatican City

President Trump met with His Holiness Pope Francis at the Vatican and celebrated the rich contributions of Catholics to America and to the world. The President and the Pope discussed a range of issues of mutual concern including how religious communities can combat human suffering in crisis regions, such as Syria, Libya, and ISIS-controlled territory. The President also met with the Cardinal Secretary of State and toured the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica. President Trump participated in a bilateral meeting with President Sergio Mattarella of Italy. In the afternoon, the President participated in a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni of Italy.

Brussels & NATO Leaders Meeting

President Trump met with the King and the Prime Minister of Belgium. The President traveled to the European Union headquarters and attended the NATO Leaders Meeting. President Trump had a working lunch with newly elected President of France, Emmanuel Macron, and then delivered remarks at the unveiling of a new NATO memorial. Secretary of Defense James Mattis joined the President as he participated in the NATO Leaders Meeting and dinner.

G7 Summit & Taormina

President Trump will attend the G7 Summit in Sicily where he will meet bilaterally with world leaders. The President will also attend a concert performed by the La Scala Philharmonic Orchestra, followed by a dinner hosted by the President of Italy, Sergio Mattarella. The President will conclude his trip with remarks to American and allied service members and their families at Naval Air Station Sigonella.

  1. You are so right about President Trump not being appreciated by the left and the media pundits. Remember even JESUS Christ wasn’t appreciated in his homeland.
